CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full-time, on-site Journeyman Secure Construction Site Escort in support of the Air Force Research Laboratory Materials and Manufacturing Directorate (AFRL/RX), located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and perform the following responsibilities
• Escort personnel who are not authorized for unescorted access on the construction site and contractors performing all manner of electrical, mechanical, or other construction/maintenance on the construction site.
• Oversee and execute facility entry procedures. This includes ensuring all personnel sign in and out according to proper procedures.
• Verify contractor personnel are pre-approved prior to granting entry to the construction site. Make positive identification of the Contractor based on a government-issued credential.
• Enforce prohibitions on any unauthorized items brought onto the construction site. Examine and inspect hand carried items brought onto the construction site.
• Remain vigilant and alert to their surroundings and ask questions without interference of work progress of the construction for the purposes of maintaining security.
• Provide reports of suspicious behavior and other concerns to the Site Security Manager.
• Ensure line of site is maintained while on the construction site in assigned areas of responsibility.
• Must possess high level of situational awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint and Google Suite products.
• Multi-tasker with ability to track and complete several projects simultaneously while maintaining proper prioritization.
• Self-motivated, able to take simple direction and expand upon idea/suggestion.
Associate’s degree in business, management, or technical discipline preferred but not required.
Must have experience working in secure environments where situational awareness and accountability are paramount.
Experience working on-site at AFRL-RX preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and have access to Special Access Programs.
Commensurate with education and experience.
